The Learning Lamp seeks a FULL TIME Communications Assistant at our main office location in Johnstown whose primary role is assist in designing and implementing company's digital media plans and strategies and achieving digital marketing goals and objectives. Responsibilities include: coordinating and managing the creation of digital content such as videos and graphics, visual storytelling, management of all social media platforms, and more! Candidate will identify opportunities for brand engagement and improvement, perform community management activities, develop and implement social media strategies, and collaborate with communications department to meet goals.

Successful candidates must have at least an Associate's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or other relevant field. Candidate MUST have previous experience with Adobe Photoshop. Great interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of media editing software and experience with content management and staying up to date with digital media technologies and latest trends is a must!
